Torrentory is a community index. Submitters must own the material, hold distribution permission, or provide material that is lawfully redistributable.

Source data

Each torrent record carries its own provenance. Some records are discovered through third-party public indexes and do not carry a distribution-rights declaration. A listing is not an endorsement or a determination that its contents are lawful. Magnet links open a local torrent client; peer availability is controlled by independent public swarms and trackers.

Submission

Submitting metadata includes a rights declaration. A production public launch still requires moderation, abuse controls, notice-and-takedown handling, privacy documentation, and jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Accuracy

Swarm counts are time-sensitive snapshots. Missing metadata and unmeasured peer counts are shown as pending rather than estimated.
